When I went to Ireland to study English, Some of my foriegh asked me how to make 김치 or how dose it taste. Whenever they did, I just told that it is spicy and traditional food. Actually I didn't know how to explain it by English because there must be many ingredients, and the process of making 김치 is complexity. Whenver I told that I felt shame since despite the fact that 김치 is not only my favorite food but also representative of Korean food. So I decided to prepare for answer when foreign ask me for 김치. I will study the way for making 김치, history of it and strength point of it by English. (I don' know how to write;;;ㅠㅠ what I want to say is that I am going to prepare the answer using English not Korean,,,;;; Do you understand???) Some of Japanes friends and I will meet on this summer vacation then I will let them know about 김치 detaily.
A good way to describe kimchi pijama is with the term "fermented cabbage." Maybe you could call it "spicy fermented cabbage"? Did any of your Irish friends have a chance to taste kimchi? 답글 삭제
